You’ll find beautiful sandy beaches and the giant waves of Nazaré just a short drive away. Surrounded by Portugal’s most important sights outside of Lisbon, B&B Vista is an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding area with its UNESCO world heritage sites such as the Monasteries of Alcobaça, Batalha and Tomar as well as the castles of Leiria and Porto Mós. The nearby walled town of Obidos is especially interesting during the annual medieval market. Serra d’Aire e Candeeiros offers great walks or moutain bike tours. Don’t forget to visit the unique caves of Mira de Aire and Santo António! The world famous religious site of Fátima can be reached in 40 minutes by car.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be provided in your reservation confirmation.
If you expect to arrive outside the agreed check-in time, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you.
Late check-out may not always be possible due to cleaning schedules for incoming guests.
Quiet Hours
To respect the comfort of all guests, noise levels should be kept to a minimum during the night.
Quiet hours are generally observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Registered Guests Only
For safety and insurance reasons, only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight on the property.
Daytime visitors are welcome by prior agreement, but overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the house or guest rooms.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Bed and Breakfast Vista, but only with prior approval at the time of booking.
Guests travelling with pets are fully responsible for their animal’s behaviour, hygiene, and supervision at all times.
For safety, animal welfare, and property protection:
- Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on the property.
- Pets must be well-behaved and under the owner’s control at all times.
- Guests must ensure that pets do not disturb other guests, including excessive barking.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
Any damage, strong odours, or disturbances caused by pets may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
In serious cases, or if these rules are repeatedly ignored, the accommodation reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
Food and Cleanliness
To maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests:
- Food should be consumed only in designated dining areas, unless otherwise agreed.
- Guests are asked to keep rooms reasonably tidy during their stay.
Respect for the Property
Guests are expected to treat the house, furniture, and facilities with care.
Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest responsible.
Safety
For safety reasons, guests are asked to ensure that doors and windows are closed when leaving the property.
Please report anything unusual or unsafe to the management immediately.
Liability for Damages and Rule Violations
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay, whether by themselves or by persons under their responsibility.
Failure to respect the House Rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with applicable accommodation policies.
