Surrounded by Portugal’s most important sights outside of Lisbon, B&B Vista is an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding area with its UNESCO world heritage sites such as the Monasteries of Alcobaça, Batalha and Tomar as well as the castles of Leiria and Porto Mós. The nearby walled town of Obidos is especially interesting during the annual medieval market. Serra d’Aire e Candeeiros offers great walks or moutain bike tours. Don’t forget to visit the unique caves of Mira de Aire and Santo António! The world famous religious site of Fátima can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
